What to include
Tell us whether you want access, correction, or deletion. Include the email address or WhatsApp number you used so the relevant records can be located. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically requested.
What happens next
Your request will be acknowledged and identity may be verified using information already associated with the account. Eligible data will be provided, corrected, or deleted within the period required by applicable law. Some limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or proof that an unsubscribe request was honored.
Email subscriptions
You can stop marketing emails immediately by using the unsubscribe link in any message. A deletion request can also be sent using the address above.
WhatsApp messages
For locally stored WhatsApp Business records, include the number used to contact Benedict. Deleting the local bridge record does not automatically delete copies held by WhatsApp or Meta; their own privacy tools and policies apply to those copies.
