This policy explains what personal data Benedict Schweiger collects through Bene's Principles and the connected WhatsApp Business account, why it is used, and how you can exercise your rights.

Who is responsible

Benedict Schweiger is the controller for the processing described here. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to benedictschweiger@gmail.com.

Attention diagnostic

Your quiz choices are evaluated in your browser. They are not sent to a server or stored by Bene's Principles. If you choose to request a seven-day plan, your email address, consent record, signup source, and result category are sent to Brevo so the requested plan and occasional practical follow-ups can be delivered. You can unsubscribe at any time.

WhatsApp Business

When you message the connected WhatsApp Business account, Meta may provide Benedict with the message content, sender identifier, profile name, message type, and timestamps through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. The purpose is to receive, organize, and respond to communications and to preserve important follow-up context. The current bridge does not send automated WhatsApp messages.

Webhook traffic is transported through an encrypted ngrok connection and stored locally on Benedict's device. WhatsApp and Meta also process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Service providers and international processing

The services used may include Meta/WhatsApp, ngrok, Brevo, and the website hosting provider. These providers may process data in countries outside your own. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where required by applicable law.

Legal bases and retention

Data is processed to provide services you request, manage legitimate communications, comply with legal duties, and—where required—based on your consent. Personal data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes, applicable record-keeping duties, or the resolution of disputes. Email-marketing data remains until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to required suppression records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. To make a request, use the data-deletion instructions.
